ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi has designated Male and Female prayer rooms with washing facilities. The Prayer Rooms are located on Level 1 above Hall 4 & 5, and on Level 1 by the Aloft Hotel.
The ADNEC Customer Happiness Centre provides business services and is located adjacent to Conference Room A and The Link. It is open from 08:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday and longer when events are taking place in the venue – as per individual event operating hours.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted at ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi, please call us on 800 23 632 for more information.
The First Aid point is located between Halls 7 & 8. For first aid or any emergencies, including requesting an ambulance please call the team on 024064444.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi retains a small number of wheelchairs that are loaned free of charge from the First Aid Point in Hall 8 concourse area on production of photo ID.
Wheelchairs are loaned on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved in advance, for more information contact the first aid team on 02 406 4456
Please hand in any found items to ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi Security. All found items will be stored securely for 6 months and then handed to Abu Dhabi Police.
Baby Changing Facilities are located in all disabled toilets throughout ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
In addition to this, there are two designated nursing rooms, one is located between Hall 7 and Hall 8 and the other between Hall 1 and Hall 2.
No, ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi does not have cloakrooms.
The only wheeled vehicles permitted inside the venue are those that are essential for mobility and accessibility such as wheelchairs and motorised wheelchairs. All other vehicles are prohibited.
