By utilising ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi’s parking services provided herein, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi governing your use of the parking facilities.
The parking fees rates shall be as displayed on the fee boards in the car parking.
The parking fees are inclusive of VAT.
Payment for parking is due upon exit from the parking facility and can be made using Apple Pay or credit card.
If you are paying at machines located in the venue only pay when ready to leave.
Cash payment is only accepted at the machines located inside the venue.
Failure to pay the parking fee upon exit may result in penalties, including but not limited to fines, clamping, or towing of the vehicle at vehicle owner's expense.
Parking fees may change; therefore, users are required to refer to the sign board tariff or the payment machine for any update on fees.
The parking duration begins upon entry to the parking facility and ends upon exit.
Overstaying the paid parking duration may result in additional fees or penalties.
Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk. ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.
Vehicles must be parked only within designated parking spaces and in compliance with local traffic regulations.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi reserves the right to enforce parking rules and regulations, including but not limited to towing or clamping vehicles parked improperly or violating these terms.
Overnight parking is strictly prohibited. Vehicles left in the parking facility beyond the designated operating hours or overnight will be subject to additional fees or penalties, including but not limited to fines or towing of the vehicle at vehicle owner's expense.
In event of losing the parking ticket there will be a lost ticket fee of AED 150. The fee is non-refundable even if the ticket is found after you have made your payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking facilities.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms will be effective upon posting on the official website or at the venue.
This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
In the event of a vehicle accident occurring within ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi parking premises, all parties involved are required to adhere to the applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates as stipulated by the UAE traffic law.
The vehicle owner involved in a vehicle accident within the parking premises is obligated to obtain a Clearance Certificate from ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi before proceeding with any repairs or insurance claims.
ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from car accidents within the parking premises, except where such liabilities are explicitly provided for under the UAE traffic law or other applicable laws.
ADNEC reserves the right to add, change or modify any of the above terms and conditions, procedures, parking fees without prior notice.
